What can you not say good about Air Care Southeast?
We have been using them for over 15 years and they can’t be beat. They are the best in customer service, performance and price. You can’t go wrong choosing them for your A/C, Heating, and Plumbing needs. We have used them for everything and they have never failed us. They are proven! Not a chance in the world that we would use some other company! We have referred them to all our neighbors and friends; none of them have ever been disappointed.

Great People with Great Service
Luckily I found Air Care Southeast in 2010. After initial meeting with Carl Highfill, I had no hesitation about Air Care SE installing a complete HVAC system in my home. My electric bills have never been cheaper. Carl generates trust and confidence in him and Air Care right off the bat, and they really follow through.
They recently also installed attic insulation for me, which should add to my savings. Carl Highfill and the service people are great. They are truly dedicated to doing the job right, for a good price. I have no need to ever look for another service provider. Thanks Carl, Will, Bobby and the rest of the crew. You people definitely ‘Take care of business.’

I am Impressed!
No one wants to have to pay to replace all their gas lines and gas connectors and vents, but if you do have to, call Air-Care. Everything was exactly as promised. They were on time, they were clear about what needed to happen, and the cost was fair and accurate.

Family Favorite
Our family (this includes sons and daughters families) has called Air Care Southeast for the last 25 years when we have had problems with air conditioning, heating, plumbing. We have always had the best quality of service in a timely response.

Top Notch
On June 6, 2010, I purchased two Ruud Ultra 16 Sear Air Conditioners. After fourteen months, the units still weren't working properly. Dealer X, from whom I purchased the units, refused to work on them any longer.

I contacted Air Care Southeast, Inc., and they came out immediately. After only two days they had my air conditioners working perfectly. What original Dealer X couldn't do in fourteen months, Air Care Southeast did in just two days, with Ruud picking up all the costs. The Air Care personnel were very professional, technically competent and courteous, even covering the floors while working in my house.

I 100% endorse Air Care Southeast, Inc. The priority in purchasing new air conditioners is not just the brand name, but also the dealer you select.

Beyond the Call of Duty
Our A/C heating unit suffered damage during Hurricane Ike. Our first insurance adjuster denied us coverage. I contacted several A/C companies for both damage reports and estimates to submit to my insurance company to dispute. I was impressed with both pricing and the detail expert report given by Air Care Southeast. What exceeded my expectation was the time given by Carl to speak with my insurance company.directly on numerous occasions. This was not offered by any of the other A/C companies I solicited.

My insurance company reversed their original decision and the work began. The crew sent was very professional in all aspects and courteous. Air Care Southeast's staff graciously assisted me in the rebates and tax credits we qualified for, in a timely manner.

The biggest savings to our pocketbook was due to the suggestion of the size and type of unit for my home and usage. Carl's knowledge was spot on. With the recent 100 degree plus weather we have experienced I was dreading our August light bill. This would be the first with our new unit in place. I was a pleasantly surprised when I opened the bill and it had reduced in half from the previous August bill!!

I would highly recommend Air Care Southeast to anyone who is in need of their services. The quality equipment, and customer service skills of all employees cannot be beat.

Great Company
We have used Air Care for years, my sister,aunt, and cousins along with many of my friends at work use them. I have used both the a/c and the plumbing companies and have always been treated fairly with prices, and exceptional service. No company can get everything right every time but what I have experienced with air care is that if I still have a problem they come back and make things right. Their service departments are courtious, knowlegable, and treat your home with respect. I would and have recommended air care to friends without hesitation. Thanks for all of the great service!!

Outstanding Service
This is a very professional A/C Company. When I needed to have my A/C system replaced, Carl with Air Care made a careful analysis of my house and recommended a High Efficiency system. He thoroughly explained how it worked. The installation crew showed up right on time and was very careful and protective of my house. They cleaned up after they finished the job. The next day Carl visited with me again, checked everything out, and made sure that it was up to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company!
